News: A Zangoose attack, sudden accusations, and mysterious forces seem to be causing havoc in the mountains of SnowClan. Healer Shivertail has died and Powderstar has lost a life. With the gathering around the corner it seems like SnowClan is one of the Clans who are going to have to explain a large deal.
News: Under unknown circumstances Eclispestar has died and Nightstar is now the leader. The new Deputy is Maskedheart. Three new warriors; Crescentgleam, Cindershade, and Sootpelt.
News: ... Nothing very hazardous to report. Funny, seems like FieldClan is the only Clan who's not being attacked/killed/totally pulverized. Perhaps it means something?
Since the dawn of the Pokemon Clans, there has been a group that had gone through much tragedy to get where they were today. SnowClan, ForestClan, EarthClan, and FieldClan all started because of natural disasters destroying their old homes. It has been many seasons since they settled, and now everything is fine...
Or is it?
The arrogant EarthClan has started to want more land. They wish to expand onto the gentle SnowClan's territory. Will they muster up their strength and let this happen? ForestClan and FieldClan are locked in their feud that has been going on for seasons. How will it be settled? Different ideas have been coming in, and the four Clans seem to be split on the decisions. An odd prophecy from LifeClan is troubling the healers as well.

News: Lucky strays don't seem to be attacked like the Clans... right?
Leaf-fall: Prey is still scurrying around, but are always hording food for the upcoming leafbare. The leaves of the trees are turning magnificent and beautiful colors before falling to the ground in large piles. There has still been little rain. SnowClan's lake is getting lower each passing day. ForestClan's trees can easily catch on fire. In EarthClan territory, water is even harder to come by. Finally, in FieldClan territory, the grasses are becoming dry. For some unknown reason, the weather is not cooling. In fact, it is reaching an all time high. Fire type attacks seem to be effected by this in a good way, the opposite going for ice attacks.
Personality: While Raggedpelt is a Healer at heart, and thus has a kind, helpful inward nature, she tends to act rude and blunt oftentimes. <coughyellowfangCOUGH> Easily aggravated and quick to judge, she is not the type you'd like to bother or annoy. However, to a Pokemon in need, her attitude completely flips. She is soft, loving, patient, and at the same time very serious, willing to do whatever it takes to help. If disturbed while she's doing her job, though, the aggressive side of her personality comes out and strikes with fury.
Description: Raggedpelt's name says it all. Her sun-colored hair is coarse and rough to the touch; a bristly, clumpy, matted mess that sticks out in various places like under her ears and along her back. The fur on her belly, however, is just the opposite. This fur there is soft and fine, white as snow. It even emits a comforting warmth, as her belly is where her body produces the heated chemicals needed to breathe and use fire. Her eyes are more blue than turquoise, unlike most Wigglytuff's.
History: Born the daughter of a female Wigglytuff and a male Ninetales, Raggedkit was one of two kits (the other was a Vulpix named Dawnkit). While no one suspected it, as her mother never told who the father really was, Raggedkit and Dawnkit were the daughters of Moonfoot, the Clan Healer. Only their mother knew, and she did not tell her kits. Raggedpaw had shown interest in becoming a Healer apprentice, but by the time she was given her apprentice name, Moonfoot already had an apprentice: a Charmander called Cragpaw.
Raggedpaw was mentored to become a Warrior by Ancientroar, an experienced Armaldo who had seen many battles. However, Moonfoot had noticed how she wanted to become a Healer. He himself wanted to mentor his own daughter, even if he was the only one who would know he was her father (other than her mother). And his greed led him to do something terrible.
In secrecy, Moonfoot killed Cragpaw, his own apprentice, by giving him an Enigma Berry. He led the Clan to believe Cragpaw ate the berry on his own accord, and then used the fact that there were no kits ready to be apprenticed as an excuse to take in Raggedpaw.
And so began Raggedpaw's training as a Healer apprentice, unaware that her mentor was actually her father. She was taught with the best of knowledge (for while Moonfoot may have been a murderer, he was still one of the most skilled Healers to ever live), the most care, and everything a new healer could need. Eventually, Moonfoot told her that he was her father, which Raggedpaw accepted and agreed not to reveal to anyone. Not long after, Moonfoot's secret murder of Cragpaw was to be discovered.
Apparently, ever since Cragpaw's death, Ancientroar had been suspicious of Moonfoot. He was Cragpaw's father, after all, which made this perfectly reasonable. On one day he decided to confront the Healer about it, at which Moonfoot became edgy and defensive. Ancientroar now knew something was up, and in his aggressive nature threatened to attack Moonfoot if he did not tell him the truth. Moonfoot attacked first.
A bloody fight followed, during which Ancientroar was badly injured. Immediately afterward, Moonfoot was forced to reveal his treachery. He also told the Clan that Dawnpaw (now Dawntail) and Raggedpaw were his kits. He was exiled from EarthClan, after which he left the Promise Land altogether. He has not been seen since.
Now Raggedpaw was the closest thing to a Healer the Clan had, and even though her training was incomplete, she became Raggedpelt and was made EarthClan's Healer. However, many deaths were on the way.
She was unable to do anything more for Ancientroar with his terrible wounds and burns, which resulted in his death. A few moons later, her sister, Dawntail, lost her life in a battle with SnowClan. And her mother, Smallfang... She had refused to eat or even try to live after losing Moonfoot, insisting that while his heart had been full of greed he was still her mate. Raggedpelt tried to convince her that she needed to get over him, it was no use. And thus, she lost a sister, two mentors, and a mother, all in less than a season.
This only made Raggedpelt stronger in the end, though. Now she is a tough and tried Healer, ready for anything and unwilling to give up. Any challenge that comes her way, she is ready for it, and will get through it no matter what.
