News: A Zangoose attack, sudden accusations, and mysterious forces seem to be causing havoc in the mountains of SnowClan. Healer Shivertail has died and Powderstar has lost a life. With the gathering around the corner it seems like SnowClan is one of the Clans who are going to have to explain a large deal.
News: Under unknown circumstances Eclispestar has died and Nightstar is now the leader. The new Deputy is Maskedheart. Three new warriors; Crescentgleam, Cindershade, and Sootpelt.
News: ... Nothing very hazardous to report. Funny, seems like FieldClan is the only Clan who's not being attacked/killed/totally pulverized. Perhaps it means something?
Since the dawn of the Pokemon Clans, there has been a group that had gone through much tragedy to get where they were today. SnowClan, ForestClan, EarthClan, and FieldClan all started because of natural disasters destroying their old homes. It has been many seasons since they settled, and now everything is fine...
Or is it?
The arrogant EarthClan has started to want more land. They wish to expand onto the gentle SnowClan's territory. Will they muster up their strength and let this happen? ForestClan and FieldClan are locked in their feud that has been going on for seasons. How will it be settled? Different ideas have been coming in, and the four Clans seem to be split on the decisions. An odd prophecy from LifeClan is troubling the healers as well.
Beware the never-sleeper
Defeated once but not again
He comes to destroy the living and the dead
With his army of those below.
What will happen? Who will you side with? What does the prophecy mean? You'll find out here.
Welcome to Pokewarriors: the Promise Land.

News: Lucky strays don't seem to be attacked like the Clans... right?
Leaf-fall: Prey is still scurrying around, but are always hording food for the upcoming leafbare. The leaves of the trees are turning magnificent and beautiful colors before falling to the ground in large piles. There has still been little rain. SnowClan's lake is getting lower each passing day. ForestClan's trees can easily catch on fire. In EarthClan territory, water is even harder to come by. Finally, in FieldClan territory, the grasses are becoming dry. For some unknown reason, the weather is not cooling. In fact, it is reaching an all time high. Fire type attacks seem to be effected by this in a good way, the opposite going for ice attacks.
Personality: There are many ways to describe Talonstar. One of them is stubborn as a rock. Talonstar is a young leader, and still has a bit to learn. He is extremely just and honest, and always keeps his word. He has seen quite a bit of hardship, but if asked, he'll just say that the Clan has survived and refuse to keep talking. Talonstar is proud, and sometimes just doesn't listen to other people. He hates admitting when he is wrong, but will do it if absolutely necessary. He is a fierce fighter, almost always one of the first ones on the field, and will do anything for his Clan. To those who know him, he is a good friend and leader. To his enemies, he will never stop and fight until the end.
Description: Talonstar is striking. His feathers are mainly the pure blue of a greenleaf sky. The normally red markings of a Swellow are white touched with blue instead, rather like clouds. His belly is the blue-gray of rain clouds, and his eyes are dark blue. His body is streamlined and suited for speed, airborne dives and other aerial fighting. He is rather vain and often preens in his free time, but has no problems with getting messy (assuming he can fix it later, or it's more important).
History: Talonstar was born Talonkit, along with his sister Featherkit. Neither knows who their father is, as their mother, Windsong, refused to elaborate. They do suspect he is a Psychic type, for reasons that will come later. The two were the only kits in FieldClan at the time, and roamed all over the nursery and then the camp, causing trouble.
It was just before they became apprentices that they discovered Talonkit's second typing. Namely, they were playfighting and Talonkit managed to throw his sister into the nest without touching her (actually, he couldn't have thrown her if he did touch her because he was a Taillow and Taillows don't have thumbs to pick things up with, but I digress). Windsong saw this and promptly got them both to promise never to say a word of this for some reason, and that Talonkit would never ever ever do this again.
They were apprenticed the next day. Talonpaw's mentor was Sparkclaw, a senior warrior and an Electric Delcatty, and Featherpaw's was Skyflight, a Flying Pidgeotto. Sparkclaw taught Talonpaw many things, though he often had to ask Skyflight to help with the aerial techniques (because, you know, Delcatties can't fly). The two became the warriors Talonclaw and Featherflight on the eve of an attack from ForestClan.
The battle was harsh. Among the dead were Windsong and Skyflight. Featherflight's wing was broken, confining her to the warriors' den for a while, and Sparkclaw's front right leg was damaged so badly he limped the rest of his days. Sparkclaw retired to the elder's den then, as he was getting along in moons and didn't feel like carrying out warrior duties limping all over the territory.
Time passed. Featherflight's wing healed. Talonclaw received an apprentice - Stormpaw, an Electric Charmander. Stormpaw became Stormflare. The former deputy, Redstreak, died of blackcough. Talonclaw was made deputy. Sparkclaw died of old age. Daystar, the former leader, lost his last life in another battle with ForestClan, along with Stormflare. Talonclaw became Talonstar. Featherflight up and left FieldClan for unknown reasons, though Talonstar suspects it is to see if she can find their father (both doubt he is in FieldClan, and is more likely to be a stray).
In case anyone's watching, here's his log of levels (starts at level forty). He got the apprentice Blossompaw, the daughter of the former leader Daystar, and raised two levels.
... Yeah, that's it for now.
Relationships: Mother: Windsong, Flying Swellow, deceased Father: Unknown (though suspected to be a Psychic type) Siblings: Featherflight, Flying Swellow, unknown Mate: N/A (psst. That means you, female warriors of FieldClan) Kits: N/A Mentor: Sparkclaw, Electric Delcatty, deceased Apprentice: Stormflare, Electric Charmeleon, deceased; Blossompaw, Psychic Mawile Other:
Other: Talonstar has kept his Psychic typing a secret from most of the Clan. Only the former leader, his mother and sister, and his mentor knew of it. He means to keep it a secret until it is absolutely necessary to use it. So far, no one suspects a thing.
